4 Fun Halloween Projects
Fall is definitely in full swing after the Labor Day holiday and with fall comes thoughts of the upcoming “Halloween Holiday”. I love this whimsical holiday and all of the fun decorating ideas that come with it.
This holiday is such a fun time for kids. It’s always fun to decorate just to see the smiles on their faces. It makes it all worthwhile.
Over the next few weeks I will be sharing some fun DIY projects I have created for your Halloween decorating. But before we get started with those … let’s take a quick flash back to last year’s Halloween décor.
4 Fun Halloween Projects
I was obviously in the “cheesecloth” mood last year as several of my projects included working with this fun product. It is such a simple, easy and inexpensive way to decorate for the holiday.
Let’s start with our Cheesecloth Hanging Ghost. Wouldn’t these be great to hang on your porch or in the outside trees on Halloween evening? I can just imagine them with lights shining on them as they move through the breeze. What fun!
These next Cheesecloth Candlestick Ghosts would make great light covers for a Halloween party. Displayed over candlesticks, they also made a statement on the fireplace hearth.
And these had to be my favorite cheesecloth project. These little Cheesecloth and Paper Bell Ghosts were just soooo darn cute as they made their way into the house. I have even more ideas of where to use them this year. This is such a simple project and the little ones would have a great time creating them!
This Halloween Lampshade was the perfect addition to my Halloween vignette. It added just the right touch to the lamp. It’s easy to make, adjustable and can be used on any lampshade.
I’ve been busy creating holiday décor and I can’t wait to show you this year’s Halloween creations. Be sure to visit over the next few weeks to view each one of them. If you haven’t already, sign up to get each post directly to your inbox!
